How do I delete my files?

You have two options if you want to delete a file. First, if you want to just organize your files and clear up clutter, use the Archive feature. This will move your file to a special folder so that it's out of the way. But you'll still have access to it. See: How do I manage my files?

I want to permanently delete a file

We keep files on our system for a sufficient period of time to give the client opportunity to work with their file and make as many exports as needed. After that period of time, media files and its associated files are automatically removed entirely from the system. If you would like to expedite that process, at this time, we don't offer a way for the client to perform this action. Please contact us, and we can arrange to have your files deleted.
